"Fast and efficient service"

I have had to attend the Freeman Hospital twice so far this year. Both times the staff from receptionists to nurses to registrars have been so friendly and make you at ease. On both visits my appointments have been on time (if not early). Nothing was a bother to anyone. The staff in the WRS coffee shop are also a breath of fresh air, so chatty and happy. Thank you for making my visit much more pleasurable than you would expect.
