My girlfriend is pregnant. They never give you the answer your asking for or info you after. Staff are always sitting down and show no signs of wanting to help you. Even when we have called they show no help with booking a date. They are always fully booked until you conplain and suddenly there is an available slot. Lazy staff work in this hospital. All that money spent and its run totally appallingly. Always feel as tho your fobbed off and waiting for a doctor. Is there one dictor that works in russels hall hospital. Service of peopkes health is shocking. Need to sort it out. I bet this email isnt even acknowledged!
