We're concerned to hear that you could not get through to appointments staff to cancel your appointment, this must have been incredibly frustrating for you. Please accept our sincere apologies and be assured that we take all comments such as these very seriously. With this in mind we have forwarded your posting to the Elective Booking Manager for Outpatients to act upon.
