"Being fobbed off by Greater Manchester West Mental Health Trust"

(as a carer),

After putting a complaint on this site about the appalling way in which my son was treated, or should I say NOT treated, by Greater Manchester West Mental Health Trust, I got a response from them agreeing to met with me. However, since then I have not heard anything. I would like them to explain to me, why!

I have been in contact with our Customer Care Team about your past experiences of our services as we do want to meet with you.

As you have mentioned, we did contact you and asked you to provide us with some dates and times that would be convenient for you to meet with us. We were awaiting your response to this email, so we could get this face to face meeting set up.
