I was admitted to the Day Surgery Unit for a nasal operation. I found that everything was very professional, everything was explained to me. The Assistant surgeon came to see me and explained the procedure and listened to my concerns which I was very happy with. Then I was seen by the Anaesthetist who listened to me and really put me at ease as I had a panic attack last time I had to have surgery. Everything went very smoothly, and I was taken to C33 to stay the night. The staff on this ward are fantastic, they are respectful, polite and cant do enough for you.
