"Disappointment"

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

Never have I been more upset or made to feel so uncomfortable by a nurse, I spent a whole day in a ward and not only did I receive unprofessional comments but absolutely inappropriate and sarcastic remarks that were absolutely disgraceful. Given the sensitive context of what I was in for and the treatment I was receiving they were simply not acceptable: a rude attitude. Patients should be treated and talked to with respect and politeness, I simply did not need a Nurse to talk down to me or belittle me any way when in such a vulnerable state, not only did they speak sharp, harsh but hostile and unfriendly, there was just no need.
