"Appreciation of Quality of Care"

I recently attended Accident & Emergency due to abdominal pain. Whilst in the department the staff treat me with the upmost respect, they were friendly, polite and most importantly professional. I was admitted to wd15 where I spent the next five nights. ALL staff (including volunteers), doctors, nurses, care workers, support staff, cleaners, caterers as well as the hospital radio team and Chaplin were, yet again, professional at all times, caring and hospitable. They are a real credit to not only the Mid Yorkshire Trust but also the public of Yorkshire. I would like to thank each member of staff for the enthusiasm, commitment and dedication that was show to me throughout my stay on wd15. Even though I have ticked the anonymous box I am more than happy to speak to anyone who would require further feedback with regard to my recent hospital experience. Warmest regards NK.
