"Unable to get an appointment"

I tried to book an ambulance as I've always had them & never had an issue before. In fact, I had one just the other week. This time, I must have said something slightly differently when answering the criteria questionnaire & I couldn't get beyond that point & was refused the ambulance. I asked if I could ring again later to try again however was told this wouldn't solve the issue & I had to get to the appointment myself. I now know this isn't the only option & feel infuriated I wasn't advised correctly & also spoken to quite rudely. I have made a complaint about the issue.
