"Very impressed"

We are used to NHS hospitals, this was such a change. The reception area is comfortable and spacious and the whole atmosphere is friendly and calming, more like a 4 star hotel really. We didn't need food but there was a wide selection of good quality items available. We were only there for day surgery but we were impressed by the way we were escorted to where we needed to be - no wandering endless corridors trying to find our way. The surgery was straightforward as expected and the whole experience was as pleasant as any hospital procedure could be expected to be.
