About: NHS 111

Just a short note to express my thanks for the attention I received from 111.

I live in Wembley, and early in March I rang 111 about 8: 30am since I’d been having a ‘stomach upset (! )’ for a few days. I spoke with three people, Shasma (? ), then Claire and finally Dr Franklin. The first call was answered within a few rings and both follow-up calls from 111 occurred within about 45 mins. I was very pleasantly surprised by the efficiency, and the professional and caring attitude of all three people mentioned above. My problem seems to have been resolved (hopefully! ), and I would be grateful if you could pass on my sincere thanks to the persons involved.
