"Visit to A & E with elderly friend"

Can't thank the A and E staff enough for the wonderful care they showed my elderly friend throughout all her investigations. Particular thanks to the doctor who treated her with the utmost respect, listened to her, and fully involved her in decisions about her future care. She commented to me that she had felt really well taken care of, and the the doctor had really listened to her. She went home reassured and happier. Thank you
