About: Kingston Hospital

I have previously complaint about Kingston hospital services, as I felt service was poor However, when I visited Rheumatology outpatient recently on 6 March I was pleasantly surprise with excellent service; therefore I would like to pay compliments. When I arrived polite nurse confirm by appointment and directed me to right waiting area. I was seen by polite consultant at appointment time and kindly explain the problem and treatment plan.
