Wanted to give positive feedback about my visit to George Elliot hospital today.
Firstly I would like to say how impressed I was with the cleanliness of the hospital and as I arrived very early morning I was greeted in a friendly manner by the cleaning staff.
I arrived 25 minutes early for my blood test but was very impressed with the speedy and efficient way the pathology unit was ran. The phlebotomist was a lovely friendly lady who dealt with me promptly.
I am lucky to have very good health so very rarely visit a hospital and due to news reports about the NHS, I attended today with some trepidation however my experience today warrants this positive feedback. Well done GE staff!
