i was admitted as a Day Case patient on Ward 3 for removal of an SCC by the doctor. From the initial consultation in Outpatients to my surgical procedure today I was treated with the utmost professionalism. My admission was effortless and my nursing care was exceptional. The Ward Administrator and the Ward Hostess were friendly and efficient. The consultant put me at my ease instantly and explained exactly what would happen and any risks involved. Everyone was attentive and made my stay as painless as they could. Couldn't have asked for better treatment. Thanks to you all.
