My daughter was referred to this department following a visit to the opticians who stated that the problem she was complaining of could not be fully investigated in their shop. She was seen very promptly the next day. Advice and. Reassurance was given however they did make her another appointment for two weeks later to determine if there had been any change in that time. The appointment was made to accommodate another appointment within the hospital brilliant. The only hiccup with the whole episode was that when she went into see the doctor no one had put drops into her eye prior to the examination hence a delay in the being examined. Taking that away from the situation the care and cooperation in patients other commitments were second to none. The Dudley group of hospitals will always be our choice. Well done.
