About: Lincoln County Hospital

This was the first Dermatology procedure I had undergone at Lincoln. The notice board said there was a 20 minute delay, precisely 20 minutes after my appointment time I was seen by a consultant who decided that the procedure could be done that day. Within 30 minutes I was being operated on by polite, friendly, informative staff. The consultant explained what they were going to do. They completed the job in 10 minutes and I left the hospital within 1 1/4 hours from arrival, including a coffee in the clean café. You couldn't ask for more from a private hospital. Well done Lincoln.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your lovely comments regarding your recent trip to our dermatology clinic at Lincoln. It is good to see that the staff did inform you of the delay and you were seen exactly 20 minutes late and that your procedure could be carried out the same day which saved you stress and a further appointment. I have shared your feedback with the new manager for outpatients at Lincoln to share with the dermatology team.

I have also shared your comments on the coffee and café with the facilities team. I do like the coffee they serve.
