"Radiotherapy dept - unhelpful"

Due to have radiotherapy at this hospital, was left a message last week that no transport available and no reason given. Having six hour round trip on public transport this is not the greatest of news. The fact they left this message with my husband without them being given permission to speak to a third party is not good either. Exceptionally poor service. Even before this i had left messages for call backs and never received one.
