"Outstanding service by excellent staff"

My husband needed to attend A/e this morning with a problem with both eyes that had been getting a lot worse. My husband who is generally very fit and well was getting more anxious about his eyes so that's why we decided to go as we had never been at A/e before. The triage nurse was professional and caring and explained what the process was. The Registrar was excellent. They demonstrated on a wall diagram what was wrong with my husbands eyes and carefully explained treatments and how he could also help to self manage his condition. We left with medication for Mark and so reassured, and very impressed with the care. Well done to you all, I feel proud we have such an outstanding local specialist service and hope it remains.
