I have recently read some bad reviews about Rotherham hospital on here. I have to say I have a very different opinion.
I recently broke my radial head on my left arm and needed surgery, the nurses in a&e were very pleasant and the X-ray department were very professional and well mannered.
When I went back a couple of days later to discover I needed an operation the consultant and nurses were very helpful explaining everything And answering my questions.
Then on the day of my operation I had to go to Keppel ward when I arrived the nurses asked me to wait in the waiting room, they kept reassuring me they wouldn't be long and they were just waiting on some others being discharged. The nurse that came to book me in was very nice she made me feel at ease. When I was on the ward the nurses were very friendly and I couldn't have asked for better nurses to look after me (even the student nurses).
I then went up to theatre and everyone made me feel at ease as I was very nervous for my first operation, they were all friendly and talkative and were a very good team.
