About: St Bartholomew's Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I went to Barts Sexual Health Centre having booked an appointment online. I waited over an hour to be called. I checked with the receptionist who said allow 2 hours for your visit. There is no mention of this on the website. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand.
