Dear Reviewer We are really sorry to hear about your experience of our Orthopaedic ward at the Queen’s hospital. This is does not reflect the level of care we expect our patients to receive. We would like to investigate your concerns further so we can improve our service for future patients. If you are happy for us to do so, please contact the Patient Advice Liaison Service 01283 593110.
