"Still waiting"

Everything about this hospital is great apart from 1 thing. I was listed on 20th Jan for my operation I had my pre op on same day and was told it will be in next 6 weeks. 6 weeks passed and nothing. After phoning admissions I feel as though I've been fobbed off now on 3 occasions after phoning on Monday 10th March I was told I would receive my letter and phone call with op date last week by Friday nothing. I Phoned again and this time got told I don't know who told you that but your not due to be listed for a while yet. Very disappointed and not nice to be lied to when awaiting a major op my life is still on hold now and can't plan anything
