"Father's treatment of sepsis"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

I could not have asked for better care; the doctors and nurses were absolutely amazing-both explaining to us and my father what was going on and why. The only criticism I would have was the completely uninvited appearance of the hospital chaplain; completely inappropriate and unwelcome. I think a card on the bedstand to advertise the services would suffice-I found it obtrusive and frankly annoying them introducing themself like he was almost dead. Seriously, please rethink your strategy!

Many thanks for taking the time to give feedback it is much appreciated and will be shared with the team. Clearly though we did not get it all right for you and we will certainly use your experience as a learning opportunity.
