" Thank you for making a difficult period a lot easier"

I had a major operation carried out by Mr Parmer and his team. I spent 4 days in CCU followed by 3 days in ward East 5. I have to say that the nursing care was beyond reproach all the staff were caring and supportive and I have nothing but praise to all at head and neck centre. Thank you for making a difficult period a lot easier. Incidentally when I returned to Hereford and Worcs PCT I felt things went rapidly downhill as I had problems with the evening district nurses but that’s another story.
