"Urgent GP referral"

About: New Cross Hospital

Was sent to New Cross by my GP with suspected appendicitis. Spent 2 days on A10 where the care and consideration shown by all of the staff was first class. No appendicitis but quick referral to gastro consultant as next step. Many thanks to all the staff and the consultant who, via the tests received during my stay, was able to rule out anything sinister. First class service from first class staff. Couldn't have received better if I had been treated at the Nuffield as a private patient.
