"NHS walk-in centre Victoria"

Thanks for the service I received from Andy and Nick at the Victoria centre last week: swift diagnosis and treatment plan for a painful rotator cuff impingement problem.

Overall I found the centre well run. There was slightly a feeling of depersonalisation as names were called and we were herded upstairs. Once there, I was nearly overlooked when all the other patients had been called.

But I was in and out within an hour and at least a third of that time was spent in surgery. Considering I arrived without introduction or appointment, I thought this was pretty good service.
