I came to this programme quite scared as I have done little exercise in my entire life buy having had an heart attack I needed to pursue as I wanted to be healthy. Each and everyone on the team helped me, recognised any problems and urged me on. Many thanks to all of the team. I will miss this twice weekly visit now I have completed the course
