"Co-ordinated bookings for different clinics needed"

About: Hull Teaching PCT

(as the patient),

Roll on the day when all bookings for all the different clinics at which treatment is given for leg ulcers are co-ordinated! I find the most frustrating part of my experience of leg ulcers has been trying to get to an appropriate clinic at the appropriate time, because I have had to ring one clinic at one time of day, another at another, and so on. I think it's a shame to spoil such brilliant nursing by mere bureaucracy.
