"111 call"

A friend called on my behalf. She had a problem finding someone who dealt with the Greenwich London area (a list of 'boroughs' came up on voicemail system but not Greenwich). When she got through to someone he explained this was a national system. He asked to speak to me, we went through my symptoms and he said he would send an ambulance. No one came. An hour later my son arrived and he called your services again. This time I spoke to a woman and we went through my symptoms. She gave good advice, was sympathetic and told me to take some paracetamol and have a warm bath. The symptoms subsided and I was able to sleep.
