I just wanted to thank the staff at DMH after I suffered a fall on my way to pregnancy assessment unit, whilst my instinct was to protect my unborn baby I sustained facial injuries, fortunately some very kind members of the public stopped to help me and within a minute I had paramedics with me. I was taken straight to maternity to check my baby before being escorted to a&e. The midwives were amazing they put be straight on a monitor to reassure me that my baby was fine before cleaning me up and giving me tea, toast and sympathy, then they made sure I got to a and e in one piece. I can't thank the staff enough and no that when my baby is due I will be in very safe hands. I also can't thanks the kind people who all stopped to help me from giving me tissues/wipes to clean up the blood to getting help, securing my car and making sure security didn't give me a ticket, if your reading this I want you to know just how grateful I am.
