"Laparoscopy with general anaesthetic"

I needed to undergo a procedure to investigate the extent of my endometriosis. Although I don't live near Stroud I was told the waiting list here would be shorter and as I was dreading the procedure I decided to get it over with. I'm so glad I chose to go to Stroud. The environment was quiet and calm, the staff were kind and attentive, especially the nurse who was with me throughout most of my visit. I was visited by the surgeon before and after procedure. I wouldn't say visiting hospital is a pleasant day out but my exceptional care made it far from awful. Good work Stroud.
