"Excellent care and treatment"

I was admitted to hospital following a lengthy wait in the UCC due to a Triage error. I was promptly moved and attended to by experts and very caring staff. My viral chest infection had changed to pneumonia and the staff followed a patient-pathway to have me examined and all investigations within one hour. I later went to ward 22 and then ward 21. I had never felt so unwell in my life before going to hospital but I felt supported and cared for. Thank you. The staff were rushed off their feet and beds were scarce but they managed to create beds by triaging others and moving them to less intensive wards.
