"Beware in Farries Ward"

We are very disappointed with the staff at Farries Ward. Our elderly mother is in hospital currently and we were very distressed to learn that our mother was given a meat meal. We are vegetarians by religion and this was clearly stated to the staff at Warwick hospital. The hospital staff dont seem to understand that an apology is really hard to digest when someone has been a vegetarian for some 80 years only to be given meat in a place where care and respect should be given. We no that the Farries ward has difficulties with restrictions on visiting times due to an outbreak of infections but this is really unacceptable. To my fellow hindu vegetarians beware of this hospital feeding you meat.
