"Excellent treatment at ROH"

I had a complete knee replacement on 6 January 2015. The treatment I received and the follow up care from the ROH home visit team and subsequent physio support has been outstanding. At a time when the NHS is under severe strain and often a negative press, I can only speak of the very high quality service I have received. This support goes way beyond the consultant and the nursing staff because everyone from the cleaners to the porters to the volunteers, all seemed happy, content and able to offer a smile. The ROH is a good news story for which I am very grateful. Please feel free to use as much or as little as you wish for publicity purposes
