My 12 year old daughter had hurt her foot and it was getting worse so I knew we would need to have it x-rayed. We waited very minimal time and all of the staff from reception, to x-ray department, nurses and doctors could not have been more kind and helpful. An exceptional service from everyone, they made my daughter feel so comfortable and dealt with her so kindly we seriously could not have asked for more. She does appear to have a fracture to her foot so we were given a new pair of crutches to use until our follow up appointment with the Fracture clinic on Monday. They sat and showed us her x-rays and explained in detail what she had done and how they would need to deal with it going forward. The nurse then showed her how to use crutches and gave her a leaflet as well. We feel exceptionally fortunate that we have such a wonderful service in our area. A huge thanks to you all.
