"Fantastic"

From the time I had to ring in to say I was stuck in a traffic Jam to the moment I left the hospital the welcome and helpfulness of the staff was amazing. In fact I actually got to the hospital on time, signed in and sat down for no more than about three mins. before the Consultant came to collect me. A very pleasant quietly spoken person, who explained what was happening. I had to go for an X Ray and was greeted by desk and waited nearly 2 mins before they took me through for the X ray. I then returned to the Consultant after a few mins. wait. When they told me and confirmed my feelings that my shoulder was in a very bad shape and would need a replacement shoulder but I would need a scan before they decided what sort, but the wait shouldn't be too long. The nurse who took my details and did my blood pressure couldn't have been nicer. The whole ambience of the waiting area was super, very attractive, lovely and clean no rush and very peaceful. In all a very pleasant afternoon out!
