"Thank you for kindness and reassurance"

About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead) / Orthodontics

(as the patient),

I have had reason to visit the QVH on three ocassions with problems regarding my mouth. I had naturally thought the worse was happening to me regards "cancer" etc.

I was very very impressed with all the staff from the receptionists to my consultant. All managed to calm me down (as I have a fear of hospitals) and after some tests they were able to tell me that I need not worry.

Thank you again QVH for being kind, courteous, and taking into account how I felt on the day.

Dear Ivyrobin

Thank you for your comments and for sharing your personal experience.

Coming to hospital can be very daunting and especially at such at worrying time. I was very pleased to read that the staff were able to allay your fears and treat you in an empathetic and compassionate way.

Once again that you for taking the time to write your comment and I wish you all the best for the future.

Kind regards,

Dear Nicolle I felt I had to do it, so many negative reponses have been made about the NHS etc.

Heaven forbid that I need to come to the QVH in the future but if I do I know I will be treated with dignity, and kindness. Thankyou.
