"Breast Mammography service"

About: Royal Free Hospital / Breast surgery

(as the patient),

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I have had a mammogram in December 2014 and now in March 2015 and I still haven't received the report, I kept ringing the Breast Clinic and I spoke with two people and was told the report will be sent to me and still it hasn't been done.

I rang them last week. I spoke with nurse who took my details and said I will call you after an hour I waited and again nothing happened, I am so angry with their unempathetic service and lack of care.
