"Mum's Care"

My Mum needed to be taken into the Manthorpe Centre for her own safety and care. I cannot praise the staff enough. From the cleaners all the way up to the consultant. Nothing appears to much trouble. The most important thing to them all are the people they care for. They are treated with dignity & respect. The staff try to be cheerful at all times even when things can sometimes not go as planned. Thank you

It is also welcoming to see that our support team of housekeepers have been mentioned, as very often they can be forgotten but they are integral to care delivery. “ I will ensure that these comments are fed to the team.”
