"First visit to outpatients"

About: Southmead Hospital

Several comments having visited the hospital. 1. I am a chilly mortal and found the hospital far too hot, especially the waiting room I was in, which was small and crowded and made the situation worse. 2. In view of one above, water coolers should be provided instead of having to ask staff for a glass of tap water, who I'm sure have better things to do. 3. Screen check-in was ok. But why are the days of the month are in reverse order, starting with 31 and ending with 1? 4 .Found gate easily as they are well signposted. But the rooms are not so clear. When asked to report I had to ask the receptionist at the gate where to go. Surely they could be signposted more prominently and, at the very least, the patient information should mention that after reporting to your gate you will then be asked to go to a room.. 5. A minor point but the patient information booklet but you should be aware of a typing error. When talking of walking past something the word is spelled as I have typed it - not passed!
