I must write this note before I express my views more rigorously in another forum. I attended the Dermatology outpatients clinic today (11/3/15) and was seen by a Dr who introduced himself as a consultant. From then on, the Dr's name and no doubt highly educated description of my ailment was of no use to me whatsoever. I calculated later, that I understood only some ten percent of the Dr's highly accented English, and was also concerned that very little eye contact was made with me. This was my second visit to this dept. I was seen first by a very pleasant Dr. but have an inane concern that I may be seen next by this Dr.
