"GP didn't tell me my antental POSITIVE RUBELLA result?"

I need to put closure on this matter but do not know how to. I have written to the GP, but not received a reply. I then wrote to the practice manager asking for an explanation as to why my GP did not discuss my results with me when I was pregnant in 2002. I only became aware of this in 2006 when I accessed my medical notes. My son was diagnosed with severe Autism (non verbal) and severe learning disability he needs to be under constant supervision and has no awareness of danger. He is 7 and a half now. I have been down complaints procedures and ombudsman but I am out of time limits? Even though I have not received a reply from the GP...

I need to know why the GP did not discuss my test results with me and also why I was not offered further screening given the fact that I had attended the surgery with a rash and all the symptoms of rubella 3 months previous..
