"will never use again"

Hospital obviously understaffed. Nurses quite rude and made unnecessary comments - example: Incredible what people do to look better (had septoplasty for medical reasons nurse obviously didnt know but even if I did do it for aestethic reasons nobody should talk to a patient like that). Was made to wait for an hour to go back to my room as nobody was available to take me back. had to wait 20 minutes for some water when I was struggling to breathe. Was asked to refill questionnaire pre-op as got lost. Gave partner's phone number to be called after op and nobody bothered to call him. And all this going in as a private patient! I could go on but not worth wasting any more time on it.
