took my 2 year old daughter with a suspected broken thumb..........2 hrs later still not seen by triage. arrived at 6.30pm so not exactly out of hours but at 8.30 she was falling asleep. Spoke to very nice receptionists who went to see nurses 3 times and were promised the next slot....... i wonder why our hard earned cash has gone to fund something that doesn't seem to offer any better service than before!
