"Useful and informative"

After a couple of worried nights I arrived at East surrey hospital and I was treated with such kindness. The staff all explained exactly what would happen and when the procedure was carried out there was a nurse with me all the time supporting and encouraging. The doctor was also charming and told me what he could see and reassured me all the way. It was, of course, not a pleasant thing to have done, but it was a good experience. The fact that I got a result straight away was also very important. The fact sheet I was given, was useful and informative.
