About: Oak Tree Children's Centre

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I like the way the team all know my name and my child's name. Always greet us personally when we arrive. Staff always help with any problems parents/carers may be having and the equipment is always varied.

Dear Marjx7,

Thank you for sharing your comments about Oaktree Children's Centre on this forum. I am so pleased to read that you always feel welcome at the centre and that staff take the time to say "hello" and listen to parents if they have any concerns. Sure Start Children's Centres work hard to ensure young children and their families have many enjoyable family experiences and I do hope you continue to visit us regularly.
