About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was soon contacted by Traqs to arrange an appointment. The lady was polite and very helpful and gave me time to make a decision about what hospital I wanted to go to and even helped me work out how far they were from my home.

Great service thanks.

I am very pleased that you found the service provided by TRAQS helpful and that the Patient Advisor who dealt with your referral was considerate and gave you time to make your decision.

TRAQS take Customer Satisfaction very seriously and appreciate all feedback, positive or negative as it helps us to develop the service further for the benefit of patients registered with the GP's within the Telford and Wrekin area. However, it is always rewarding when we receive such positive feedback.
