Thank you for your positive posting on NHS choices about the care your husband received from the A&E department and Richard Ticehurst ward at the Conquest Hospital. It's always encouraging for staff to recieve positive feedback as this recognises their good work and commitment to providing a high quality service. We are particularly pleased that all staff introduced themselves to you, as the trust is currently supporting a simple campaign called "hello, my name is......". This was was developed by Dr Kate Granger, a terminally ill hospital consultant from Yorkshire, who became frustrated with the number of staff who failed to introduce themselves to her when she was in hospital.
