Attended for an appointment this afternoon. Excellent service. Privacy and dignity provided by all staff, clear instructions from a delightful Health Care Assistant whilst completing a series of eye tests. Professional and reassuring consultation with the consultant. This is the NHS at its best, Many thanks.
