"Disorganised Consultant"

The Consultant was very disorganised. No wonder their clinic was running late. The consultant didn't seem to have a copy of the GP referral letter or the notes from the previous consultant I had seen. They showed me an xray on the screen which was 3 years old. Recently I had had an ultrasound and an MRI scan! The consultnt explained the cause of the pain I am experiencing, but I was not given a diagnosis. They made a sarcastic comment about the consultant I had seen previously at this hospital. I thought that was very unprofessional. A very unsatisfactory consultation.
